What I’m living for

The eternal question: What the heck we all living for?
What’s the meaning and purpose? Have I lived before?
I went from curious - to - I need to know
Looked within. That was it. I was good to go
Felt the Love rushing all over me
Learned I wasn’t living quite like I was supposed to be
Felt like God was roasting me. But I needed the kick in the ass
To get my mind straight. Set goals to achieve
Now I walk with a purpose, emitting positive vibes
Telling everyone it’s more fun when we enjoy the ride
Think it’s time to put the gloves aside
See what happens when I just let go and give Love a try
Want to help increase the Love supply
So I’m gonna be kind and spread a message of Love till I die
That’s when it feels right, when I’m in that place of Love
It’s as easy as reaching out to embrace the Love

Now I’m living for the right to be me
Hoping you can feel me even when you can’t see me
Wanting everyone to be free, to be the best version of themselves
For me it’s learning to trust Love completely
Even when it isn’t packaged so neatly
Remembering I’m you, he’s her, she’s me. We
Different branches of the same tree
Same roots, but that’s the stuff that we can’t see
Hard to explain why it feels so right inside
It’s what helps me to focus on enjoying the ride
I’m pretty sure that’s why Love reigns supreme
Permeates and vibrates through every single human being
Makes me want to spread it everywhere
Watch the Peace increase with so much Love in the air
I wasn’t put on this earth just to tap out now.

Don’t even need an IV. Just an open heart
To start feeling it, then dial it up to the Nth degree
It’s become easier for me to do
Claiming to my own self I will be true

When I’m kind, it’s amazing the amounts of love that I find
We’re swimming in it, and there isn’t a limit
To how much we get when we give it
